Meat Specialties
Sirloin and Ribeye from Retinta cattle and other locally raised breeds, free-range Iberian pork from the fields of Tarifa, and suckling lamb from our neighboring community of Extremadura are some of our most popular dishes.
Fish Specialties
Diners can enjoy, depending on the season, bluefin tuna caught using the ancient Almadraba method off the coast of Tarifa; sole, fished from Tarifa’s beaches; succulent sea bass from slightly deeper waters; bream and redbanded seabream (white fish) from the Strait of Gibraltar; grouper, from the depths of our waters, with its unmistakable aroma and texture; and squid caught between the waters of Morocco and Tarifa.
